"The system is choked" - MP defends gov't plan to export youth for jobs abroad under bilateral agreements

The Member of Parliament for Afram Plains South, Joseph Appiah Boateng has defended government plan to send Ghanaian youth abroad for employment under bilateral agreements, saying the move is necessary because the local job system is "choked" and cannot absorb all graduates.
