Ken Ofori-Atta Released from U.S. Immigration Detention

Former Ghanaian Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, has been released from detention by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following a judicial order. According to a press release issued by his legal representatives, Minkah-Premo, Osei-Bonsu, Bruce-Cathline & Partners, Mr. Ofori-Atta was released on April 7, 2026, and has since reunited with his family.
