The Minister of Food and Agriculture, Eric Opoku has announced that government’s flagship Agriculture for Economic Transformation Agenda, launched by President John Dramani Mahama, is designed to use agriculture as the main vehicle to lift Ghanaians out of poverty by leveraging the country’s land, water and youthful population.
