The Accra High Court has postponed the hearing of a lawsuit aimed at preventing the planned "Celebration of Life" event for the late highlife musician Daddy Lumba. Justice Halimah El-Alawa Abdul Baasit presided over the court proceedings, which have been adjourned to April 23, 2026. The injunction application was filed by Abusuapanyin Kofi Owusu, also known as Abusuapanyin Tupac, who seeks to halt the event from taking place.
