Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has announced plans to introduce a new bill in Parliament aimed at reforming the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) as government intensifies efforts to restructure the cocoa sector and improve its long-term financial sustainability.
